The air supply device is another core product of our company. In 2010, the product won the Shijiazhuang High-tech Achievement Landing Award, and in 2012, the blast furnace air supply device project was established as the National Torch Program project. Due to the importance of its use part, the product puts forward higher requirements, in addition to the structure of the product according to the site conditions for reasonable optimization design, the product in the castable requirements are higher, for this we have a professional team of engineers responsible for the production of castable, and each batch of castable are tested for strength and heat resistance. The company took the lead in using the domestic advanced cyclone baking oven to bake the castable, it adopts fully automatic computer temperature control operation, using natural gas as fuel, high baking temperature, full and uniform baking, can completely discharge the crystalline water and free water in the castable, avoid the use of the refractory in the process of high residual moisture and microcracks, and even redness and burn-through, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of our air supply device product performance, the highest point of the surface temperature of the entire air supply device does not exceed 150 °C. At present, our company has obtained 4 patents for air supply device products. Design Pressure: 0.3MPa~0.65MPa Design Temperature: ~1450°C Application: Applied to BF of 450m³~5800m³ blast furnace
Tuyere Stock Assembly
Tuyere stock assembly is another main productseries of our company which was awarded as new and high-tech product by Shijiazhuang Government in 2010,and was granted as National Torch Plan Project in 2012.This product needs higher requirements in design and manufacture due to its important applying position.It not only requires suitable optimal design for the structure according to operation condition,but also needs higher requirements for high temperature resistance refractory.Therefore,we set up an experienced engineering team to carry out the refractory process and take test for the intensity and heat resisting quality for every batch of refractory.
We pioneered to adopt the most advanced cyclone oven to dry the refractory.The temperature is fully automatically controlled by computer with the fuel of liquefied petroleum gas,which can reach upto 360 degrees.The refractory is fully and evenly dried and the water of crystallization can be completely even dried,so as to avoid the occurrences of microcrack due to high residual moisture in the refractory or even red-hot and burn through happened during the operation.Thereby,the product performance of our tuyere stock assembly is ensured being safe and reliable .Up to now,the company has obtained 4 product patents in tuyere stock assembly.
